Light
Bright, Indirect Light: Ficus triangularis thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while too little light can cause them to drop.
Watering
Moderate Watering: Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy, as overwatering can lead to root rot.
Humidity
Moderate to High Humidity: Ficus triangularis prefers higher humidity levels. Consider misting the leaves or using a humidifier, especially in dry indoor environments.
Temperature
Warm Temperatures: Ideal temperatures range from 60°F to 75°F. Protect the plant from cold drafts and temperatures below 50°F.
Soil
Well-Draining Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix, ideally one that retains some moisture without becoming waterlogged. A mix formulated for houseplants is often suitable.
Fertilization
Regular Feeding: During the growing season (spring and summer), feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4-6 weeks. Reduce fertilization in fall and winter.
Pruning
